Hey Ivan! Tell us what Pactly is about.

Hey there, I'm Ivan, CEO of Pactly, who made the switch from lawyer to entrepreneur. As one of the co-founders of Pactly, I'm thrilled to share how our platform simplifies the complexities of legal contracts.

In a nutshell, Pactly eliminates the headaches associated with dealing with contracts. We've developed an all-in-one contract management solution specifically designed to support small legal teams, whether you're drafting, reviewing, negotiating, or managing contracts.

Most of us have encountered various types of legal contracts at some point in our lives—employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements / confidentiality agreements, or client sales contracts. We all know firsthand how much of a hassle it can be.

Why did you choose Australia as your next market? What makes it a good fit?

Australia, along with Singapore and Hong Kong, are key APAC legal headquarters and have a common law system similar to Singapore. 

Australia is also home to a large number of SMEs with in-house legal teams, about six times as many as in Singapore, that could benefit from our solution. 

I must admit, I also love spending time in Australia (especially with it being so easy to find amazing coffee) and would love to spend more time on the ground!

What makes you special?

Our unique selling point is that we understand the distinct challenges faced by smaller legal teams when it comes to contract management and have built a platform specifically tailored to their needs. 

Unlike our competitors who primarily target Fortune 500 companies, we offer a solution that is accessible and affordable to smaller teams with limited legal budgets. 

Our platform is not only easy to implement, but it also allows smaller teams to start with simpler tasks such as generating NDA templates or other basic contracts to drive greater self-service by the business teams. This not only saves time and effort, but also helps smaller teams realise a faster return on investment. And as their needs grow, our platform has the ability to scale and cover a wide range of contract-related problems.
