Who handles set up and pack up?

Your team is responsible for set up and pack up, though our staff will be on-site to guide you. Please factor this into your booking (approx. an hour), including time for a tech runthrough.


Prefer we handle it for you? We can do so at an additional fee.

Do you offer internal catering?

We don't provide internal catering, but we can share our recommended caterers and help receive food and drink deliveries. You also get access to our kitchenette, basic kitchenware and glasses.

Can I host an event on the weekend?

We sometimes allow weekend bookings based on availability and staff availability. There's an additional cost due to extra security requirements. Send us a message to enquire.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We're fully wheelchair accessible, with elevator access and accessible bathrooms on-site.

I'm a startup/NFP/meetup/student group. Do you offer discounts?

We love supporting good causes, so we may be able to offer in-kind or discounted space depending on the event. Get in touch with us and let's have a chat!

Can I come see the space before I book?

Yes, of course! Swing by our office any time on weekdays, 9am-5pm. We'll be sure to show you around and talk through your event.
