This is a part-time program with virtual and real-life components.

Confidence to implement your plan in-country
Optionally: visited Singapore to meet with stakeholders

Weekly masterclasses on foundational business and cultural topics, workshops and founders’ experiences to help you understand the fundaments of doing business in South East Asia and Singapore.

Weekly feedback
Submit optional weekly assignments that consolidate your learnings. Our mentors will provide constructive feedback to challenge your assumptions and help you develop a robust market-entry strategy.

Work with mentors to develop your market-entry strategy for SEA. Our custom expansion canvas is based on the highly successful Lean Canvas and will help you examine the fundamentals of entering the SEA markets.

Why South East Asia?
South-East Asia offers a fast-growing middle class with an increasing appetite for high quality products and services.

Whereas you are likely to focus your initial efforts on one particular market within SEA, having a regional strategy allows you to make an informed decision on which market(s) to focus on and to make optimal use of your resources to expand down the track.

If you are a tech company, we will particularly focus on Singapore as a "SEA landing pad" because it is home to many of SEA's largest companies' headquarters, a global talent pool and is recognised as Asia's hub for innovation and (venture) capital.
What are the selection criteria?
We consider a wide variety of factors and assess your application based on the maturity of your company, market potential in SEA, and readiness to expand and support your international operations.
Is the program 100% virtual?
The program is mostly virtual with optional face-to-face events and trade missions.
Can more than one person from my company participate in the program?
Yes. You may register more than one person from your company to participate, however one person must be nominated as the lead contact for the program. The program is suitable for companies that want to expand their team’s market knowledge.
Does my business need an ABN?
Yes. The program is open to operating businesses with a defined product or service, and who are at the stage of actively exploring exporting.
